有研究结果显示,除了可以降低患心血管疾病的风险外,跑步还可以降低癌症及神经系统疾病如老年痴呆等的风险 。这项研究始于1984年,实验组的284名成员和对照组的156名成员都是斯坦福大学的教职人员或家属, 他们都超过50岁,有着相似的社会背景和经济能力。“其实,加湿器批发价格,跑步并没有什么神奇之处,”参与此项研究的专家表示:“坚持才是其中的秘诀。在这项研究中,热波炉官方网站,俱乐部的成员20年始终如一的坚持,成就了他们的健康。”
