做好热身运动不仅可以保证我们在运动时拥有良好的状态,也是运动伤害的第一道防线。研究表明,热身运动最好 以静态伸展运动为主,辅之以少量的动态伸展运动,合理搭配,适时运用。

静态伸展运动:就是把肌肉拉伸到最紧的那一点后,继续保持一会儿,这个动作可将肌肉拉长并增强其柔韧性。而 动态伸展运动则多是些快速的运动练习。

运动前准备活动:就是要让肌肉的运动方式一致起来。因此要模仿一些运动过程中要做的动作,光波炉原理,包括弯(转)腰、压腿、向前跨步、侧身引臂拉拍、高抬腿走和侧身双腿交叉走等。但做这些活动时,要避免把 肌肉拉伸到极限,红外线光波炉。做完这些静态热身练习后再进行动态热身练习。

热身运动最好提前25~30分钟进行,在5~10分钟的静态拉伸练习后,进行10~20分钟动态热身练习。 运动过后也要做做普通的静态伸展运动。这样在第二天起床时,你会惊喜地发现自己还能像昨天一样 轻松。

另外,静态伸展也可以在你做完运动的时候做。这时候,你体内的血液流动速度快,光波炉的危害应注意几点,肌肉处于放松状态。而不经常运动和年龄较大者来说,这样的放松安排还有助于缓解身体的僵硬和 疼痛。
