  错误认识一:睡眠的时间越长对人体就越有好处  许多人都认为睡眠的时间越长对人体的好处就越多。其实 不然。一般来说,一个健康的成年人每天保证7个小时左右的睡眠就足够了。而且人与人之间存在着个体差异,每 个人所需要的睡眠时间也有所区别。判断一个人睡眠的好坏,不能单看其睡眠的时间,还应看其睡眠的质量和睡眠 是否有规律。过长时间的睡眠会给人体带来损害。临床研究发现,一个健康的成年人若每天的睡眠超过10个小时 ,那么其反应能力和心血管功能都会出现不同程度的下降,健尔马足疗机第三代。因此,人们在日常生活中应多注意睡眠的质量,做到睡眠有规律,不能只注重睡眠的时间。
