汽车销售经理被指携手下强迫交易

　　本报讯 (记者王鹏昊 通讯员杨静)昨天昌平检察院透露，汽车销售店经理梁某被指控伙同3名手下，谎称赠汽车装饰，在顾客买下轿车 后,nike shoes uk，强行扣车要求顾客交付装饰费及保险等费用，从中牟利。目前，梁某等4人因涉嫌强迫交易已被批 捕。

　　检方称，今年1月，纪某在汽车交易市场一家店里购买了一辆奥迪A6L2.0T型轿车，价格为40.3万 元。销售经理梁某在接待纪某时，承诺赠送汽车装饰，包括真皮座椅、帖膜、脚垫。签订买车合同时，梁某还在流 程单上标明赠送的装饰种类和价格。支付全部车款后，梁某等人陪纪某把车送到另一家店做装饰。当装饰做好后， 梁某突然反悔，要求纪某交付汽车装饰费5000元，并在此上1万元保险。纪某遂与梁某理论，并要求退货。梁 某等人威胁说，如不交装饰和上保险的费用,nike air max，将无法交车。见梁某等人十分蛮横，同时汽车及手续也在对方手里，纪某无奈之下只得支付了装饰的费用并在此 上了保险。
