电子商务客户的心态如何解决,聚会当中其实提这个问题,虽然只提了一种用户就是对陌生品牌的产品,三线或者 不知名护肤品产品的用户来分析。其实也是我最感到满意的问题。因为用户才是真正的要去了解、要去摸索、要去 开拓的营销。从用户的角度考虑就,换个角度你自己从你在别的平台购买东西,你会考虑的东西去想。而我自己的 话就会考虑几点:需要功能、可靠专业、安全、品牌、效果、互动!
功能如何解决:
用户进入到你的网站,你如何解决让我快速了解你们产品的功能,只有用户了解到他需的功能。才会有兴趣往下寻 找他需要的目标。当然在这里你必须简单快速的几句话描述完你的产品核心功能。
可靠专业如何解决:
解决可靠必须从用户认为什么是他信可的,用户信可的是什么?信可的可靠是专业,一个不为人知的产品必须站在 另外一个角度来告诉用户,你的产品是非常可靠而且专业。
安全如何解决:
安不安全不由你说了算,你怎么说用户都会怀疑你,因为大多数用户都是带着多疑状态在互联网消费。特别对一个 他不熟悉或者知名度不高的产品,你必须要借势。借势一些大型专业权威机构能证明产品不会威胁他 的健康,沈阳SEO。比如医院、银行、中国移动等……来搞个支持,当然不是最终的支持,而是搞个 挂名就可。
