如果做好预防工作,健尔马脊柱保,中暑是可以避免的。
饮水方面 首先应注意补充水分。夏季人体水分挥发较多,不能等渴了再喝水,那时身体已是缺水状态。另外,身体中的一些 微量元素会随着水分的蒸发被带走,应适当喝一些盐水。
食物方面 要补充足够的蛋白质,健尔马足疗机三代,如鱼、肉、蛋、奶和豆类;另外,还应多吃能预防中暑的新鲜蔬果,如西红柿、西瓜、苦瓜等,艾灸棒。大量吃冷饮容易中暑,因为人体局部的温度突然降低会影响到各系统功能的正常运行。
