物业公司因路人在小区内摔伤被判赔5.8万元

　　本报讯 路人夜晚从住宅小区经过时，不幸摔成九级伤残，一纸诉状将小区物业公司告到法院。春节前，镇江经济开发区法 院妥善调结该案，物业公司对其摔伤担责，并赔偿了5.8万元。

　　记者了解到，2010年12月12日晚，王某从镇江新区某住宅小区路过，不幸跌入该小区地下停车场入口 处。后经司法鉴定，损伤程度为轻伤，等级为九级伤残。在讨要赔偿无果后，索赔案子就诉到开发区法院。诉状中 ，王某认为该小区物业公司没有设置安全警示标志，没有安装防护栏杆和路灯，请求法院判令物业公司赔偿医疗费 、误工费、护理费、伤残赔偿金及精神损害抚慰金等损失共计9.8万元。

　　物业公司则辩称，小区停车场入口处并非为出入道路，且王某摔伤后没有及时向保安报案，故王某要求物业公 司承担人身损害赔偿责任无凭据。承办法官经过深入了解案情，跟双方当事人做了大量的工作，后来双方同意调解 ,Louis Vuitton Purses。节前，在法院的主持下双方自愿达成协议：物业管理公司赔偿王某经济损失5.8万元，其余部分则由王某自行 承担。
