步行时你的衣物最好要松软,有弹性,另外,在步行健身中体温会升高,身体也可能出汗,所以衣服最好分几层穿 ,以方便在适当的时候增加或减少。
更重要的是穿一双合适的步行鞋。步行鞋的基本要求是:鞋底有弹性,这样可减少每走一步关节所承 受的冲击,健尔马足疗机厂家,另外鞋底也要比跑步鞋更容易弯曲,因为步行时脚后蹬更有力,脚的弯曲程度也更大,脚跟部需要稳定和牢固。 步行时脚跟是肩负全身重量的主力,如果经常步行,健身鞋的弹性会丧失得很快,有时虽然鞋还没有坏,但是保护 作用也不太好了,因此建议一年最好换一双步行鞋。

步行时应该抬头,上身挺直(也就是脊柱呈自然状态),肩膀向后向外伸展,收腹,放松髋部,步行时让两手在体 侧放松摆动,脚跟着地时要实。
虽然步行简便易行,但刚开始健身步行的人也许会从以下几点建议中受益:
1.逐步延长你步行的时间,可以从每周三次20分钟步行开始,一周后每次增加2至3分钟,直到你可以一次步 行30至45分钟。
2.步行速度在你可能的情况下尽量快一点,逐步提高速度对你的身体是一个挑战,健身效果也更好。你可以更快 速地走几分钟,再回到你正常的速度,这样可以提高你的平均锻炼强度,得到更好的锻炼。
