　　昨日下午，烈日当头，大足县铁山镇胜丰村一块菜地时，一对衣着时髦的俊男靓女穿梭在蕃茄林，和10多个 老农一道掐枝除草，尽管热得满头大汗，但两人自得其乐，忙碌中透着几分自在和满足。

　　农民工打拼成为白领

　　今年32岁的周正群是土生土长的铁山镇胜丰村人，19岁时，因家境困难，高中未毕业的她独自一人去成都 寻梦，半工半读中，她好不容易修了个专科文凭。2002年，她怀揣文凭北上京城，在一家软件公司当了一名销 售员。

　　没有底薪，没有补助。周正群凭着山里人吃苦耐劳的精神，起早摸黑地奔波于销售的路上，1个月后结账，她 领了1200元提成工资。

　　对山里出生的周正群来说，1200元是父母一年到头的收入，年底一家人的年货、添置的新衣都要从中支取 。但在北京，她领到1200元，在手里还没攥热，付了房租、水电等，一撒手钱就不见。

　　于是，她把在农村从小肩挑背扛练就的力气，全部转化到登门拜访客户的路上。通过几年打拼，她的工资不断 上涨，3年后就成为大区经理，负责云、贵、川、渝、藏的销售，平均年薪10多万元，成为许多打工仔羡慕的白 领。

　　5年前，周正群在昆明办事处期间，经业务上的朋友介绍，认识了小她3岁的云南玉溪籍小伙子高金坤。高金 坤也从农村出来，经多年打拼，从一名电梯销售员成为一家电梯公司的股东，每年进账10多万元，也是一名白领 。

　　两个白领经过一段时间交往，因爱擦出火花结为伉俪。婚后，两人拿出部分积蓄，在昆明买了一套建面96平 方米的房子，在成都温江买了一套200多平方米的房子，结束了在城里多年的“蜗居”生活。之后，他们买了一 辆小车，在城里过着有滋有味的生活。

　　迷上田园辞职当菜农

　　“意外”，来自两年前。

　　那年，周正群带着丈夫和孩子回到阔别多年的老家大足铁山镇胜丰村探亲。她和丈夫走在风景如画的乡间田园 ，发现壮劳力外出打工，乡里全是老人和小孩，成片成片的肥沃田土荒芜着无人耕种。看到这种情形，高金坤直呼 乡村空气清新，田地荒着可惜。
