Default “苏东坡操”可防颈椎病

颈椎病、肩周炎、腰腿痛是办公一族的通病。洪昭光指出,这些病与缺乏运动有关。每天上午一次,下午一次,每 次花上5~10分钟,健尔马足疗机二代,做做“苏东坡操”就能改善。
  苏东坡不仅是个大文学家,他发明的健身法也造福后代,后人把他的健身法归纳成两句话:你拍一,我拍一, 一直拍到七十七;深呼吸,下蹲起,十点十分去看戏。
  “你拍一,我拍一,贵度清毒烟,一直拍到七十七”有助打开毛细血管,改善血液循环,从而预防颈椎病。用双手交替拍另外一侧的颈肩部,就是 左手拍右肩,右手拍左肩。一边拍一边数数,直到拍够七十七下。当然量可多可少,重点是拍得有力 才有效。

  什么叫“去看戏”呢?小时候在农村,墙很矮,隔壁在演戏,你想看戏的话就得把脚踮起来,伸长脖子。保持 这个姿势几秒钟,之后再反复去做,你会发现,肩部、上肘、颈部、脚部肌肉都能得到锻炼。
