Click the Try it free link and then log in with your Hotmail or Windows Live account when prompted. (If you don't already have an account, you can sign up for free.)
Follow any remaining screen prompts that may appear, and then proceed to the Download page.
On the Download page, look for your Microsoft OneNote 2010 Product Key.
The Product Key is specifically assigned to your account. You must enter the exact code that is displayed on your Download page to activate your trial license. (The code shown in the screenshot above is a fictional example.)
Before you leave this page, copy and paste the Product Key code somewhere where you can easily refer to it again later.
