男子收买他人信用卡信息网上消费获刑

　　本报讯（记者王秋实）轻轻一点鼠标，身在福建的苏文江就能用北京人杨先生的信用卡网上消费，这都得益于 他购买的信用卡信息,部分月饼促销员月收入过万元。昨天，海淀法院以收买信用卡信息罪判处苏文江有期徒刑1年8个月，处罚金4万元，并责令他向被害人退赔经 济损失1400余元。这是本市首例收买信用卡信息案。

　　27岁男子苏文江是福建人,Ralph lauren Jackets，去年3月初，他在网上购买到被害人杨先生的北京招商银行信用卡信息，然后开通该卡的电话支付功能，以杨先 生的名义冒用该卡在网上消费1414.15元。去年4月28日，苏文江在福建省泉州市被抓获,两兄弟创蚁族之歌唱哭政协委员 在京蜗居已10年。

　　2007年11月,200多位农民工欲出国挣钱 被骗报名费160余万元，最高法和最高检出台规定，首次确定了“窃取、收买、非法提供信用卡信息罪”的罪名。法院审理后认为，苏文 江收买他人信用卡信息资料，其行为已构成收买信用卡信息罪。
