If I am right, then things get real interesting real fast. When the (SPY) drops below $130, I am suddenly short a whole load of stock. To be more precise, the 5% weighting in the put translates into 16 contracts with an underlying value of $208,000 (16 X $100 X $130). If the market reaches $127, then I reach my breakeven point, covering the $3 premium I initially paid for my put. When the (SPY) drops to $124, I have doubled my initial capital
