不管是从事任何一个行业,都会有相通的从事这个职业而患有的某些病症,我们通常概念里它们就是职业病。由于 电脑的普及及广泛使用,电脑一族的职业病最为广泛,而最为常见的是颈椎病。
  长期从事财会、写作、编校、打字、文秘等职业的工作人员,由于长期低头伏案工作,使颈椎长时间处于屈曲 位或某些特定体位,不仅使颈椎间盘内的压力增高,而且也使颈部肌肉长期处于非协调受力状态,颈后部肌肉和韧 带易受牵拉劳损,椎体前缘相互磨损、增生,再加上扭转、侧屈过度,更进一步导致损伤,易于发生 颈椎病。
  1.办公室工作人员首先在坐姿上尽可能保持自然的端坐位,头部略微前倾,盟特新产品,保持头、颈、胸的正常生理曲线;尚可升高或降低桌面与椅子的高度比例以避免头颈部过度后仰或 过度前屈,盟特新奇特加盟;此外,定制一与桌面呈10~30度的斜面工作板,更有利于坐姿的调整。

  3.当长时间近距离看物,尤其是处于低头状态者,既影响颈椎,又易引起视力疲劳,甚至诱发屈光不正。因 此,每当伏案过久后,应抬头向远。
