如图,一人平躺,另一人膝部为支点,起始时平躺者肘部屈曲,然后推起同伴至肘部完全伸直,盟特新奇特加盟,再回到起始态,重复8-12次。注意双方用力的平衡。动作过程保持均匀的呼吸,不要屏息。
2.仰卧臂屈曲
如图,一方平躺,一方长跪,如图。双方手各执毛巾一端,0579-8736-8573。起始时躺者手臂伸直,然后慢慢屈肘,跪者适当用力拉毛巾给与阻力,保持毛巾拉紧的状态,再回到起始态,其 间双方相互用力。注意双方用力的平衡。动作过程保持均匀的呼吸,不要屏息。
3.仰卧下拉
如图,一方平躺,盟特新产品批发,一方跪坐于平躺者头上方,双方手各执毛巾一端。起始时双方手臂伸直如图,然后躺者慢慢将双臂下压,跪者适 当用力拉毛巾给与阻力,保持毛巾拉紧的状态,光波炉的危害,再回到起始态,其间双方相互用力。注意双方用力的平衡。动作过程保持均匀的呼吸,不要屏息。
