男子不满女友提出分手杀其一家三口

　　亚心网讯 (记者 李萍 通讯员 李林武) 因女友小玉(化名)提出分手，曹文博反复纠缠无果后，潜伏至女友家中实施杀人计划,supra for women，致女友及其母亲当场死亡，女友的妹妹被捅成重伤。事后，自杀未遂的曹文博被警方抓获,部分业主上街维权讨要暖气(图)。

　　8月16日，记者从兵团农十三师中级人民法院了解到,ugg boots sand，曹文博因犯故意杀人罪一审被判处死刑。对于死刑判决，曹文博表示“不上诉”。日前，曹文博的死刑判决正待 最高人民法院的审核、核准。

　　今年2月2日(大年三十)，曹文博来到哈密的小玉家中，并藏在一间堆放杂物的房间里。2月3日清晨，曹 文博看到小玉的母亲来到后院，挥刀连捅10刀，小玉的母亲挣扎着跑出院子，倒在门口。随后，曹文博走进小玉 的卧室，连刺19刀，同时又对被惊醒的小玉二妹连刺数刀……之后，曹文博在自己的脖子和左手腕上划了几刀， 然后坐在凳子上等死，直到警方将其抓捕。

　　庭审时，曹文博认为自己坐在小玉家等待警察是“自首”，应当以“自首”从轻量刑,Ferragamo Handbags。

　　公诉方兵团农十三师检察分院认为，我国《刑法》规定，自首的可以从轻或减轻处罚，但曹文博当时已向自己 的脖子和腕部划了数刀，正在消极待死，主动放弃生命，这是自杀，不属于自首,健身房男员工误闯女更衣室撞见裸体女会员。所谓自首是指犯罪后自动投案，向公安、司法机关或其他机关如实供述自己的罪行的行为。曹在实施杀人的过程 中，精心策划，手段特别残忍、情节特别恶劣、后果特别严重，一审认定定性准确、量刑适当。

　　据办案的兵团农十三师检察分院的检察官介绍，依照法律程序，一审判决后10天内可以提起上诉，但当曹文 博知道被判死刑后，多次提出不上诉。

　　据介绍，曹文博初中毕业后上了技校。父亲因脾气暴躁，经常打他。在曹文博写给小玉的邮件中这样写到：自 幼被人瞧不起，所以我知道我做得再好别人也不会认可， 所以我从最坏开始学……

　　据办案检察官分析，曹文博的一系列行为，与其特殊的人格不无关系,助产士称未给产妇缝肛门 否认曾暗示家属给红包，长年的压抑给他造成了严重的自卑心理，当自卑心受到挫折时，其行为就容易表现出较强的攻击性 。
