First of all I think this is child 's .
My province . City . There are in the database .
Easy to manage .
provinces table on an ID. a province name .
city table an ID. a city label to one of provinces of ID.
OK.

I use struts + ajax.
not bean. no actionform.
only two action.
the premier an apt peruse from the database catalogue of always the provinces and then saved in the name apt write pages with to inside .
second to receive the pass from the sheet the js in the province over the last ID. based on this ID in the database to nail all the subordinate cities and then processed to return to the sheet .

there is a Class. namely the business layer. which connect to the database and only 2 methods : getProvince (). getCities (String provinceID). take the province . to take the city .
operation which simply phone the applicable usage such OKAY.
