provinces chart on an ID. a province label .
city table an ID. a city name to an of provinces of ID.

I use struts + ajax.
no bean. not actionform.
only two action.
the first one to peruse from the database list of all the provinces and then saved in the name to write pages with to inside .
second apt receive the pass from the sheet the js in the province over the last ID. based aboard this ID in the database apt identify always the subordinate cities and then processed to return to the page .

there is a Class. that the affair wafer. which interlock to the database and merely two methods : getProvince (). getCities (String provinceID). take the province . to take the metropolis .
