It is a principle I call 'Micro Movement Goal Setting'. Now, let me give you some examples. Let us say that you had a goal to walk for 20 minutes every day to help you lose weight. That is a great goal but to actually achieve that,

In using the Micro Movement Goal Setting System, what you will be doing is actually breaking that goal down to a very micro size goal. Instead of walking for 20 minutes, you make the goal "I will just put on my walking shoes for day one. That is it." I also suggest you write this goal down in a diary. So,

Once habits are changed and actual goals are set everything will be easy.
