The dresses - ivory with ballerina-length pleated dresses, puff sleeves and gold sashes joined in a bow - were damaged by Lady Louise Windsor, Margarita Armstrong-Jones and three year-olds Grace van Cutsem and Eliza Lopes.
Ms Macfarlane said: "I couldn't be more pleased to have been part of this magnificent day.
"I am thrilled and respected to have been inquired to conceive the bridesmaids' dresses for the regal wedding."
A representative for Ms Macfarlane's little family enterprise said they had been communicated a couple of months before about conceiving and producing the dresses.
She said: "It has been very exciting.
"Catherine has been unbelievably engaged in the conceive method and has had a large-scale say."
The vehicle that took the duchess to Westminster Abbey on her last propel as Miss Middleton furthermore had a Wiltshire link.
