Most people right now automatically believe that healthy living is about depriving yourself of foods that you love. Many people likewise think that healthy living involves nonstop, rigorous exercise. The truth is that there are more painless and less complicated methods of attaing the healthy lifestyle you desire.
Do you go to a gym for a couple of hours of exercising nearly daily, all in the name of being healthier? Well, you don't have to. You can merely going on walks after dinner, or even on your lunch break at work. On work days, I myself like grabbing a quick bite at lunchtime and then step outside for a 20 minute walk around the building. Some folks like to stay in the building for their walks, particularly on bad weather days. Whichever, just walking around a little will get your blood circulating, which brings your brain more oxygen.
