由于常年在机关,我落下不少毛病,如肩、腿关节炎,http://qa.dc.yesky.com/,慢性头痛等。我1997年退休后,参加健身活动,除坚持日行万步,晨练太极拳外,主要是是坚持蹲墙,收效 甚大。如今虽已六旬又半,可行走如风,常年不患感冒。
蹲墙的标准姿势是两脚并拢,脚尖抵住墙根往下蹲。开始练时做不到这一点,所以可根据个人状况,确定两脚于墙 距离,尽自己的力量能蹲下为度。身体稍差的老年人可以两脚尖离开墙根,两脚分开,以降低难度,或抱树或扶床 架等物往下蹲。
开始练时较困难,有时还没蹲下去就会往后倒。下蹲时两手自然下垂,两肩胛尽量内扣,重心前移慢慢往下蹲。上 起时,注意收腹拱腰。经过一段时间的练习,能顺利蹲下去后再逐步两脚并拢,脚尖抵墙,动作要慢。若想提高蹲 墙健身质量,还可加大难度,如赤脚蹲、背手蹲、拳抵鼻尖蹲等,http://jtaq.sdedu.net/。难度在大一点,http://www.4clubbers.com.pl/,可以蹲至大腿与地面平行时定位不动。此蹲墙法能平衡阴阳,http://umpcfans.com/,使经脉气血通畅,且锻炼十分简便。
