金针菇的吃法多种多样,既可作主料,亦可作佐料,健尔马足疗机厂家。天气转热后,人的口感开始追求清淡,取金针菇凉拌,除了其本身的营养之外,制作时佐以橄榄油和意大利黑醋 ,为一款保健的夏季菜式。意大利黑醋是以葡萄经过去皮、过滤、煮汁等工序精制而成的醋品,是高档凉拌菜的主 要佐料,这种醋亦是一种保健的饮品。
材料:金针菇400克、洋葱碎20克、蒜茸10克,盐、黄芥辣、意大利黑醋(或沙律醋)、橄榄 油各适量。
做法:金针菇洗净,放入滚水中灼熟,取出放入冰水里晾冻后沥干水分备用;将洋葱碎和蒜头放入木兜或碗上,以 勺子压至成泥,然后放入少许芥辣,以及适量的意大利黑醋和橄榄油,最后放入金针菇拌匀,以盐调 味便可上碟。
