　　建议采用第2种洗涤方式，该方法洗涤浓度高，洗涤效果较好，即使较重的油垢也能较好地洗净 。
　　洗蔬果的步骤是：先用清水冲洗掉蔬果表面的污物，再加入洗洁精浸泡5～10分钟。注意加入洗洁精的浓度 在0.2%左右为宜,健尔马脊柱保，或遵照洗洁精的使用说明。浸 泡时间也不宜过长，以免洗洁精过多地渗入蔬果，导致内含的维生素流失，营养价值下降。浸泡完毕后，要用流水 冲洗2～3次，再对蔬果进行择、切等处理。
