LiveSide revealed that Microsoft has enabled the Windows Stay ID registration with ended with Live.COM (or other region top-level domain). Which means, now you are able to obtain a [email protected] email account!
How to register Windows Stay ID?
Simply goto to signup your Windows Stay ID for local domains (e.g. @live.com.my,Windows 7 Pro X64, changed according to your location). Although LiveSide provided a link for @live.com signup but it doesn’t work for me.

I can’t get to register Live.COM or Windows Reside ID for other nation top-level domain. The signup page automatically detects your location. I think, we can use proxy server to mask our location.
