Default Does changing Windows XP for Windows 7 affect the information fund on my computer?

I am using Windows XP and I am considering getting Windows 7 Ultimate X64. I have been Windows 7 Pro online and I have found Windows 7 and Windows 7 Home Premium X64. When I think of an upgrade, I think of it as something to improve something that I already have. Is this the case with Windows 7 Enterprise X86? Is it an improvement on Windows 7? If so, why hasn't the upgrade been integrated with the Windows 7 Home Premium Activation Key?

Default When one upgrades windows vista to windows 7 does it allow you to keep Windows Mail?

Windows Mail is the email Windows 7 Key that comes with Windows 7 Starter 64bit. It was the replacement to Outlook Windows 7 Ultimate Key. I want to know if it is Windows 7 Starter Key to keep windows mail if you are a Vista user , and all of its emails, mail rules and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit if one upgrades Vista to 7.
