  如今,以步行方法锻炼减肥的健身者全世界至少有3700万人之多。有专家指出:在这些步行减肥健身者中 ,至少占一半的人并不讲究方法,以至减肥效果大大打了折扣。其正确方法有下列几条。
  1、步速应尽量加快,绝不能比散步慢,须特别注意保持步频,一般不应低于1分钟140步,加湿器厂家
