What impact will the change directory page rank?

Close to the lifting of sanctions on some lists of public relations, there have been many discussions. Whether or not the real scenario is more people do not know. There was a decline in the PR of a single directory of thousands of others who are present and there are not many. I found this really strange, especially considering the wide range of fields declined that are used for directory access. Mostly all areas fell by directories were used and their PR was reduced, which happened in most of the exports of the toolbar PR. What do you think about it??
