内容安排
每周锻炼三次,或每隔一天锻炼一次,每次约60-90分钟,以后逐步延长。每次锻炼应包括准备(暖身)活动(约10分钟)
锻炼性活动(45-70分钟)
整理(放松)活动(5-10分钟)
锻炼性运动应包括约10个动作,并能练到全身各部位。每个动作可练1-4组,一次锻炼课不宜超过30组。
可编排2-3个全身性锻炼的初级课程。具体锻炼动作要各不相同。每练1-2月换练一个课程,使锻炼有所变化以增进效果。
每一课程包含锻炼身体的不同部位的动作。安排顺序有四种,可任选其一。
练上半身的排在前,练下半身的排在后,健尔马足疗机
练下半身的排在前,练上半身的排在后。
练大肌肉群的排在前,练小肌肉群的排在后。
练小肌肉群的排在前,练大肌肉群的排在后。
