1、杂食
杂食充分体现食物互补的原理。现在已有国家提出“每天至少吃30种食物”倡议,而我们可先从每天吃10种、 15种食物做起。杂食是获得各种营养素的保证。
2、慢食
一口饭嚼30次,一顿饭吃半个小时,可以减肥(减肥食品)、美容(美容食品)、防癌、健脑。
3、素食
原意为“基本吃素”,健尔马足疗机三代,而不是一点荤也不吃,素食(素食食品)是防治文明病的核心措施。
4、早食
即三餐皆需早。早餐早食还是一天的“智力开关”;晚餐早食可预防疾病。
5、淡食
包括少盐、少油、少糖三大内容。多盐、多油(油食品)、多糖称“三害”,一个“淡”字可解。
