DESIGNER Billy Reid has been named this year's winner of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund at a gala last night in SoHo New York. Karl Lagerfeld spoke at the dinner where Reid received $300,000 and runners-up Eddie Borgo and Prabal Gurung each collected $100,000.

Today I am leaving for a two week vacation to Europe.
