FIVE Jersey golfers are on a task this weekend – to win the Hampshire County Championship.
And buoyed along the result of the Island championship at La Moye last weekend – won by Jersey’s Paul Le Chevalier – Jersey Golf Union secretary Rob Leader says the Island’s actors are in fine form and that 1 of them could well win the championship repeatedly.
‘I discern no reason why we can’t win the county title again,’ said Leader.
‘Our players are in excellent form going into the tournament.
