  拔河是一项非常普及的群众体育项目,电热水龙头,有过集体生活经历的人都曾体验过拔河的乐趣。

  首先,姿势要正确。拔河时用力的是腿和腰,而不是手臂,所以,人的重心要尽量压低,身体尽量向后倾,重 心落在支撑点的后面。
