Hokies wide receivers Jarrett Boykin and Marcus Davis will be available to play vs. Clemson
Virginia Tech wide receivers Jarrett Boykin and Marcus Davis were not listed on the team’s injury report released Thursday, and both will be available to play Saturday against No. 13 Clemson. Boykin missed last week’s game at Marshall with a hamstring injury, but said Tuesday he thought he Nike King Shoes would be able to return this weekend. But Davis’s return to the lineup is a pleasant surprise for the Hokies’ depleted receiving corps. The 6-foot-4 redshirt junior sprained his right foot at Marshall and was in a walking boot as recently as Monday. Boykin, Cheap Nike Free Shipping the school’s all-time leader in receptions, has 10 catches for 93 yards and a touchdown this season. Davis leads the Hokies in yards per catch, with nine receptions for 189 yards and two touchdowns. The only new name on Virginia Tech’s injury report was Cheap Nike Shoes backup tight end Eric Martin, who will miss Saturday’s game with a shoulder injury. As for Clemson, the Tigers announced Thursday that wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring), running back D.J. Howard (hamstring), offensive tackle David Smith (shoulder) and punter Dawson Zimmerman (knee) are all probable.
