现代人常说心理压力大,很压抑,光波炉的危害应注意几点,所以总是需要发泄,其实这是因为他们的心理饱和了。“饱和”一词是一个化学术语,将盐加入水中,当它不能 再溶解时,叫做“饱和”。心理也同样会饱和的。
  用一个故事来形象地表述吧:有个美国商人去印第安人居住地旅游,他见那里的编织草帽很漂亮,于是问道: “买一顶多少钱?”对方回答:“10元。”“如果我买100顶同样的草帽呢?”“每顶20元。”“为什么我 买批发反而更贵呢?”“做一顶我们感到很新鲜,做10顶我们要耐着性子,而要做100顶相同的 草帽,0579-8736-8343,我们将要怎样强忍着性子!”正是这种心理饱和导致生意流产。
心理饱和现象在生活中几乎随处可见,多为负面效应,比如,老师布置100道数学题,学生开始做作业时,动作 快,做得也正确,但到后来,速度越来越慢了,还常出差错,盟特新产品批发,同时出现厌烦情绪。就是因为出现心理饱和,简言之,他们做腻了。
在我们的生活中,心理饱和无处不在,并时时干扰我们的正常生活。我们应当做好预防工作,但是遇上他也不必惊 恐,加湿器价格,因为它并非不治之症:当你每天做同一工作出现厌烦情绪时,你不妨自我轻松一番;活动活动身子,极目远眺片 刻,或散散步,或与别人说说话,分散一下紧张的情绪,这样可以减少心理饱和给你带来的精神压力 。
