Between August 1 and August 14, it'll be the community's turn to pick two more games to include in the program. There's plenty to choose from, too -- check out the
full list of nominees. Results of the public vote will be announced on August 16, when there will also be a public Twitter chat with the games' developers and the organizers of the Uprising. The games themselves will be released between August 22 and September 2.
Keep an eye on the
official site for the latest, and don't forget to cast your vote!

The Indie Games Summer Uprising aims to raise the profile of the latter group by promoting a selection of games that both developers and the community vote for. The 8 developers' choice games have now been chosen, and it's up to you to help pick the last two games to be promoted.
The Indie Games Summer Uprising aims to raise the profile of some of the excellent titles on Xbox Live Indie Games. Now it's your chance to help choose the final two to be promoted.
The devs' choices include T.E.C. 3001,
xbox codes, which looks sort of like Canabalt in 3D; SpeedRunner,
xbox 360 live points, an N+-esque platformer; Raventhorne, a graphically-impressive 2D fantasy platform adventure; Take Arms, a 2D class-based multiplayer shooter; Train Frontier Express,
xbox live codes, a model railway sim (yes, really); Cute Things Dying Violently, a puzzler with elements of Lemmings and Angry Birds; Doom & Destiny, a JRPG with a touch of humor; and Battle High San Bruno, a stylized 2D one on one beat 'em up.
