PC makers has to be experiencing a powerful feeling of panic. Not simply have Microsoft and HP all but announced they don’t have an effective response to the iPad — killing two would-be competitors before they even shipped — but now fresh data says that Apple’s latest creation is cannibalizing netbook sales.
