According to a Microsoft spokeswoman:“Currently, Windows Mobile 6 users can synchronize files between PCs and Smartphones with ActiveSync 4.5. Microsoft will update Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) on Windows Vista PCs to support file synchronization with Windows Mobile 6 by mid-June. We;re looking forward to offering the WMDC synchronize option very soon.”It doesn;t seem like Vista timing can be blamed for this disconnect. Microsoft released Windows Vista to manufacturing on November 8,Windows 7 Pro, 2006. Microsoft released the final version of the Windows Mobile Device Center in February 2007. And it released to manufacturing Windows Mobile 6.0 in February, as well.
