  你的肌肤缺水吗?
  ◎每天喝水不足8杯,并且水果、蔬菜吃得很少。
  ◎洁面后不马上涂抹面霜,或涂完面霜2~3个小时后,脸部就会有紧绷感。
  ◎皮肤欠缺光泽感,去痘印,T区易出油,脸颊有紧绷感。
  ◎经常熬夜,睡眠不足或不规律。
