Hi. My name is Mindy Honcoop. I graduated from the University of Washington with a Social Work degree and Dance minor and immediately started working at Microsoft on the College Recruiting Team. I worked with the College Recruiting team for 6 yrs and joined the International Recruiting team in September, 2006. So, if you are ever flown out to Microsoft for interviews I most likely would be the person you will meet in the morning. I have lived in the Seattle area my entire life because it has a bit of everything – a diverse city, outdoor adventure, and a thriving arts community.
