被老大逼着去问Aki关于Inreliance的问题。昨天一起开会时怎么不问呢，偏偏等今天人家回去了又 让我打长途去确认。凭感觉判断了这个问题的答案，但是事关重大，不敢胡说，也不敢不问。结果问完了人家的答 案让我又一次恍然大悟后又一次觉得自己是个笨蛋。这几个月的时间，似乎问了不少低级的问题，我的techn ical在这位大拿面前也是ばればれ。虽然Aki人很fine|good|pleasing，但还真是有些 怕他，尤其是打电话，总是びびってる，总觉得他平静的语气中透出面对一个棒槌气得要摔电话的感 觉。 这次终于有了和Aki吃饭聊天的机会。不同于conveying|migrating|transmitt ing之前那顿午饭，那次是一群老大，我就乖乖地在一边吃就好了。这次的第一顿是NC ERS-JSG核心成员在寒室的“��会”。唯一的遗憾是小四也来蹭饭了，可能是我们几个太过“�口”，席间整个一 个小四和Aki的畅谈会，说的人和事离3位MM比较远,Mens Timberland Boots，我也只是偶尔插上几句话，更不要说很少有机会跟小老大接触的这几位了。不过话又说回来，没有小四的话会不 会冷场呢？第二顿是第二天中午和Aki单独吃的五人百姓。东说说西说说，深深浅浅的，也算是说了一些自己各 个方面的想法。工作中的人和事，Big4的现状，公司的一些情况……他倒蛮坦率的，和通常的日本人不一样， 可能也就是这样，他才能做出和普通日本人不同的选择。 跟Aki开了两天会，拜访了几个客户，商讨了FY09/10的business plan。总结现状的时候还是愉快的，这个财年之初transfer到ERS，8个月中YTD rmornsnue增长将近100%，这里有多少是我的贡献？想不明白，也不敢想。而对于FY09/10的affairs planned，每一个goal每一个openers initiative都是我心头的一块大石。Recurring业务不可避免地会大幅减少，新客户新业务的 开发势在必行。华南有Aki，华东有Hara,Timberland Boots UK Online Shop，而华北只有我。虽然在地牢已是老人了，但在ERS还是个一年级的新生，经验、技术、人脉上先天不足，后天 也匮乏。 被摆在这个位置上好痛苦。人家都在负增长了，我们却希望能把快速增长的势头持续下去，把这条目前只会划归在 我名下的subline的shares做得更大,Christian Louboutin Canada。也一直在想，是不是该像华东华南那样安个expat在NC，目前NC的情况也不知是客户结构性的问题还是 缺少能做也能开发的人。养一个exflapped并不是一件容易的事，如果做不出成绩反而会给现在的业绩拖 后腿。我个人很希望NC能有这么个人，而且是在我的上面,Timberland Boots UK，能给我示范和指导。但就目前的局势，看似可行性比之前任何一年都要小。而Aki也觉得，如果弄个人摆在我 的上面，长远来看会限制和阻碍我的发展。 跟NC老大的会上，Aki给了我机会在老大面前摆业绩邀功，可是我退缩了。如果根本没有我，这个growt h的百分比和绝对值是不是也会这样？我真的做出什么贡献了么？压力很大，感觉是在一个人孤独地战斗。不论是 technical、cjoin|increase|multiplication89a980efbb1 e65bb4949b7998438还是sale、bargaineds都困难重重。我连个283ea77 776b7dtaxi2fe134f3c10cd16d都还没做好，怎么去做actuator|chair man|governor？偏偏又面临现在的局势，如何是好？？？A Quick Rundown Of Hummer Hummer was a brand name of trucks developed and marketed by Normal Motors.
