  第一式: 躺在床上,双手抱住右腿,将右膝盖往胸部方向靠近,头往右膝盖靠近,停5秒,换另一侧,重复10次。躺在床 上,光波炉,双手抱住双腿,将膝盖往胸部方向靠近,头往膝盖靠近,停5秒,重复5次。
  第二式: 盘坐,身体前倾,上臂往前伸展,水宜生官网,直到感觉拉到背部的肌肉,停5秒,要回复坐姿前,可先将手肘放在膝盖上,再慢慢将身体撑起, 重复5次。
  第三式: 坐姿,两腿弯曲抱在胸前,下巴弯向胸部,再缓缓向后躺,前后滚动,放松,重复5次。
  第四式: 四肢跪在地板或床上,往胸部收紧下巴,使背部弓起,停5秒,加湿器,放松,重复10次。
  第五式: 平躺在床上,使背部平贴在床面上,两腿靠拢,将膝盖转向右侧,健尔马足疗机第三代,停5秒,再将膝盖转向左侧,放松,重复10次。
  第六式: 平躺在床上,以双手支撑著腰部,慢慢将腿带过头部,直到感觉拉到腰部为止,放松,重复5次。
