Have to say, I believe the three-dimensional molding of the leather innersole is permanent, unless it is extremely slight. And by slight, I mean from only a few hours use. Shoes that have been worn for years have a very deep contouring of the footbed. That is one of the factors that make them feel ever more comfortable with age.In deference to the OP
