Default 胖人应该少做伸展运动

频率要高、时间要短一天要锻炼2~3次,但是不要玩命,否则会累坏自己。每次锻炼时间控制在10~15分钟 就可以了。如果运动时觉得很痛苦,就立刻停下来。
保护好皮肤胖人面临的一个大问题就是出汗后皮肤发炎,特别是大腿和腹股沟的位置。所以胖人要选择合适的运动 服装。要挑那种有网眼内衬的混合纤维运动服,这样就能随时把汗液排掉。运动完淋浴时,尽量使用 抗菌香皂。
善待关节健身容易伤害胖人的关节。所以要选择功率自行车、水中有氧操等能较好保护膝关节的运动。运动时注意 加强大腿的力量,这样能有效减轻膝关节损伤。
谨慎做伸展运动对一般人来说,伸展运动能提升健身者的柔韧性。但对肥胖的人来讲,伸展运动是非常危险的,它 能造成腰部的肌肉损伤。特别是弯腰摸脚趾这个动作,胖人最好不要去做。
用心准备鞋无论是否打算跑步,一双地道的跑鞋都能给胖人提供最好的支持。鞋应该宽松舒适,走起路来不会因为 压力大而把整只鞋都塞满,这样脚能保持干燥、透气,水宜生水杯,不会引发趾甲和脚趾的小毛病。
