Default 冬季进补:宜多吃的食物

 冬季自然界阴气最盛,阳气最弱,阴长阳消达到顶点,乐彤足浴盆。人体遭受寒气冷风侵袭,寒邪最易入肾而引起多种疾患,这时要注重温肾抑阴护阳,健尔马脊柱保,以提高抗御风寒的能力。就饮食而言,凡性温或有补肾作用的食物,均在首选之列。兹举例如下:
  畜禽类,如黄牛肉、羊肉、狗肉、猪肚、鸡肉.
  水产类,如带鱼、鲳鱼、鲈鱼、刀鱼、鲫鱼、草鱼、鲢鱼、鳙鱼、黄鳝、河虾、海虾、淡菜、海 参.
  杂粮类,如糯米、高粱、黍米、燕麦;蔬菜类,璐瑶足浴盆,如韭菜、辣椒、大头菜、香菜、胡葱、大蒜、生姜.
  果品类,如桂圆、荔枝、红枣、山楂、核桃、栗子等。
  多吃这类食物,就在于它们均为性温,多为冬令滋补良品,且驱散寒冷,温肾而增加体热。其中列举的蔬菜类 又味辛,能使肺气宣达,健尔马脊柱保,有助于肾气固实。
  又因属五色之一的黑为水走肾经,如黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、黑枣、黑木耳、海带、紫菜、乌骨鸡 ,足浴盆厂家,多吃这类食物有明显补肾作用。
  而黄色蔬菜如胡萝卜、黄花菜、土豆、山药、南瓜之类,所含色素以黄酮类色素为主,在生理上可减低血管渗 透和防止血管破裂。血管遇严寒易收缩硬化破裂,甚至有酿成脑溢血的危险,故此时应多吃黄色蔬菜 。
  此外,冬季固然寒冷,但人们穿衣多、住房暖、活动少,饮食所含热量偏高,体内容易积热,故冬季也会时有 肺火显盛的现象。
  对此,不妨再适当吃一点、属性偏凉的食物,如白萝卜、大白菜、芹菜、菠菜、冬笋、香蕉、生梨、苹果。这 样,既有补不足,乐彤足浴盆,又可清有余。
