  开始姿势
  盘腿坐姿,健尔马脊柱保,身体保持挺直。两手放松地放于膝盖。双眼闭合,注意力集中在双眉之间的一点。无论是吸气或呼气都要掌握深 而又平稳的要领,练习时间为 3 分半钟。
  a.以位于骨盆之上的脊椎中部做旋转画圈练习。只有腰部进行运动,肩部和骨盆保持挺直姿势 。
  b.练习时与呼吸互相配合,乐彤足浴盆,保持协调一致,吸气时腹部向前挺。
  c.呼气时向后缩﹐使背部呈圆状 。
  作用
  1、锻炼腹部和背部肌肉。
  2、减少腹部脂肪,康足浴盆,塑造一个纤细的腰身。
  特别提示
  美腰练习以缓慢的旋转动作开始,呼吸的节奏要保持平稳。
  逐渐提高速度,旋转画圈不受呼吸节奏的影响,尽可能地用力和快速地进行。
  旋转画圈既可从左边,也可从右边开始,只要你感到十分舒适就行。
  如果你愿意,也可在练习时更换转动方向。
