店员奚落顾客是驴脸被令赔礼道歉

　　荆楚网消息 (楚天金报)记者饶纯武 通讯员李金明、陈星丞报道：新洲的江女士认为头发剪得不理想，不料店员竟取笑她是个“驴脸”。江女士投诉后 ，店主赔礼道歉，并退还剪发的费用。

　　前晚，新洲区邾城街的江女士，来到永安大道的清亮发屋剪头，当她对着镜子审视剪好的发型时 ,sunglasseshut，认为剪得不算好看。身旁的小伙子竟脱口而出：“是因为你的脸形长得不好看，怎么看都显得长了，像个驴子脸 ！”江女士当即与店员争吵了一番，最后在旁人的劝慰下回了家。当晚，江女士气得一夜都没睡好。

　　昨日上午，江女士向工商部门提出投诉。邾城新区工商人员在调查过程中，店主承认年轻店员用词偏颇，表示 亲自向消费者赔礼道歉，并退还收取的20元费用。
