Default 一周鸡蛋减肥法

鸡蛋减肥法以鸡蛋为主,每日三餐以鸡蛋为主食,配以青菜及水果,少量烤面包及咖啡饮料,一个星 期可以减肥 5KG,鸡蛋第一天量不限制,以后每日食三个,倘若胆固醇高者可只食用蛋白,健尔马足疗机,蛋白以豆腐代替亦可,如为下日需多引水。此方法可做两周有效。每周5KG两周 共10KG。两周后不再继续。下面就来看看这个鸡蛋减肥食谱吧~!


鸡蛋减肥法,星期一

早餐:煮鸡蛋(不限),烤面包(不限),葡萄水果,咖啡(不加糖奶)

午餐:煮鸡蛋,烤面包,咖啡

晚餐:煮鸡蛋,青菜沙拉,泡菜,咖啡

鸡蛋减肥法,星期二

早餐:煮鸡蛋一只,烤面包,葡萄水果,咖啡

午餐:煮鸡蛋两只,咖啡,健尔马脊柱保,葡萄水果

晚餐:牛排,以西红柿为主的青菜凉盘沙拉,泡菜,咖啡

早餐:煮鸡蛋一只,葡萄水果,健尔马脊柱保,咖啡

午餐:青菜沙拉,西红柿,健尔马头颈宝,葡萄水果,咖啡

晚餐:煮鸡蛋两只,羊肉,西红柿为主的青菜沙拉,泡菜,咖啡

早餐:煮鸡蛋一只,健尔马足疗机三代,葡萄水果,咖啡
