Thumbs up Custom Pet Portrait Painting of Bella, the Little Dachshund ...

A Little Dachshund’s Pet Portrait Our featured pet portrait painting for today is of a sweet little bundle of energy named Bella, an adorable Dachshund. Bella Wholesale LV sunglass on sale was 7lbs of pure energy. Her owners actually got her another puppy to play with because she was driving their older Dachshund crazy! She just couldn’t sit still. Running, playing, jumping higher than any dog off of all four legs, she was as happy as a little Dachshund could be. She also shared her owners with a Great Dane named Harley, whom you may have seen in my pet portrait ##############. Sweet little Bella, though not with us any more, left us with an adorable, inquisitive energy to memorialize her on canvas with oil paint. The tilt of her head, her perked up ears, her cheap Louis Vuitton replica handbags big brown eyes all giving me as the artist, a thoughtful, whimsical-esque portrait to reference as I began my painting of this little dog. Her shiny coat called for warm colors. Cadmium orange, cadmium yellow, and in the shadows burnt sienna, and burnt umber. I used line to emphasize her head tilt, and energy, and soft edges of dry brush to add interest and move the eye around to the focal point. The focal point being her eyes and ears. Her short little legs were surrounded by varied line work representing a soft couch or chair. The weighted line work with my brush also carries the viewers eye up toward the focal point, keeping the overall feel of the painting light and happy. Below you’ll find the finished pet portrait of our subject today, Bella the Little Dachshund! Thanks to Michelle Â*& Ken for having me paint their dear little Bella. She was a beautiful little dog and a pleasure to paint. Thank you so much for joining me today.
