Links of London Slipper Charm, Colorado (CNN) — Taking “Joe the plumber” wordplay to an unprecedented new level, Sarah Palin on Monday dubbed Barack Obama “Barack the Wealth Spender” for his plan to offer tax credits to lower and middle-income wage earners.

The McCain campaign discovered Munoz on Saturday at a rally in Woodbridge
